Caught Thought

My GAF for collaging is near zero, but enjoy:

a pier whereon i find myself in the sea

sitting on the pier
swaying rocking rhythm and rhyme
was the swelling in the ocean
or this heart of mine

abducted by waves seduced
gently by caressing kelp my gaze struggled
to linger ebbed
carried with the steady echoing bass beat of my pulse

a softer world rolled gently in
washed ashore reflected amidst broken dreams and beach glass

the pelicans spread wing with freedom so wide
paid no mind in flighted formations confined
